According to "The Globe", producers at LIVE! With Regis and Kelly are planning for Regis Philbin's retirement by replacing the veteran with American Idol host Ryan Seacrest.

According to their sources, the produces believe Ryan would be the perfect replacement for Regis.
Where the hell would they get that idea?
I can barely tolerate Ryan Seacrest on American Idol. Then, there are his red carpet and evening news hosting jobs at E!. He also hosts AT40 on the radio, as well as On-Air With Ryan Seacrest in Los Angeles. How many more jobs can this guy take on?
Talk about overexposure!
