Another Idol "DOTD", I know.
This song, however, is pop-rock perfection. In the vein of their uber-hit "Home", the power ballad highlights the main reason why Chris Daughtry outsold the entire Top 3 of his season combined and why it is still the biggest Idol crime that he didn't win; his voice.
There are currently two versions of the song: the Idol Gives Back version and the regular album cut. Although the former is for charity, I really enjoy the album version more. Either version is fantastic, and if you haven't bought the album yet (even I haven't), I recommend this song.
