
R&B superstar Usher is back on top.
His latest effort, Raymond vs. Raymond has sold 329,000 copies in its first week of release, giving his third straight #1 album in the United States. His last album, Here I Stand, sold 443,000 copies in its debut week, off the back of the #1 single "Love In This Club". His protege Justin Bieber is right behind him, increasing his sales to around 290,000 copies from his debut last week.
In other related chart news, Usher currently has two songs in the top 40 of the Hot 100. "OMG" debuts at #14, thanks to an appearance on American Idol catapulting it into the iTunes top 10. "Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)" is sitting at #25.
