The two famous detectives of cult TV smash The X-Files returned for another movie based off the series, X-Files: I Want To Believe. Despite its popularity, the terrible lack of promotion and the ominous presence of movie phenomenon The Dark Knight has KILLED the film.
The movie brought in a disastrous $10 million, coming in at #4 this week. Who beat them? Mamma Mia with $17 million at #3 and Step Brothers with $30 million at #2.
