Jive Records has confirmed the first single of runner-up David Archuleta, titled "Crush". The single is expected to impact radio on August 12th.
Is it a good or bad sign that David A's single will be out before David C's?

David C. already had his single out "time of my life" and selling on itunes. Actually,This year was the first year that the runner up had to wait to release his single...so actually David A.'s the one who has had to wait.
