Leona Lewis scores a third run at #1 this week with "Bleeding Love", thanks to a show-stopping appearance on last week's American Idol She is this week's Highest Sales Gainer. So far, "Bleeding Love" has sold 1.5 million copies. She switches places with Lil' Wayne's "Lollipop", who falls to #2 despite being the Highest Airplay Gainer.
The Hot Shot Debut of the week belongs to Chris Brown, whose latest single "Forever" charts at #9. Chris Brown currently has 2 other Top 10 singles on the chart; "No Air" with Jordin Sparks at #3 and "With You" at #10.
On the album chart, Mariah Carey's E=MC2 scores a second week at the top, despite at 61% decline in sales. So far, she has sold 645,000 copies. Leona's album Spirit stays at #2 with a 1% increase, selling at total of 396,000 copies to date. The highest debut belongs to the Flight of the Concords soundtrack, at #3. The HBO film album outsold the Ashlee Simpson record Bittersweet World, which debuted at #4 with 47,000 copies sold. It is her first album not to go to #1.
