CNN'S Quest a Very "Knotty" Boy!

Popular British CNN International broadcaster Richard Quest has been caught in a very odd compromising position!
On Friday morning at approximately 3:40 am, Quest was arrested for loitering and possession of a controlled substance when he was caught in Central Park during their closed hours with a bag of meth in his pocket.
Sounds normal, right?
According to reports, Quest had a rope tied around his neck, that was connected to his genitals. He wasn't arrested for indecent exposure, meaning he wasn't "exposed". He also had a sex toy hidden in his shoe (no explanation of the type).
In Manhattan Criminal Court, the broadcaster agreed to six months of drug counseling in exchange for a possible dismissal of the case. His lawyer expects an acquittal, and in defense of his client, claimed Quest wasn't aware that Central Park was closed and he was just trying to get home with his friends.
Richard Quest is known for his crazy antics as a broadcaster, including recording a pop song, cha-cha dancing for the first time, and sprinting 100 meters. He currently hosts Business International from London. On CNN's website, they call him one of their most recognizable faces.
Trust me, he is definitely recognizable now, for all the wrong reasons!
Fun tidbit: Richard Quest was asked to be a host for the English version of Al Jazeera, but he turned it down, claiming his homosexuality and Jewish religion made it a blatant conflict of interest.
