The X Factor judge and Girls Aloud member jumps up from #3 to #1 with her new single "Promise This", the first from her new album Messy Little Raindrops. Last week's #1, Rihanna's "Only Girl (In The World), falls down to #5, amidst two new debuts in the Top 5. Nicki Minaj's new single "Right Thru Me" enters at #3, her highest chart debut so far, and Jason Derulo's "What If" debuts at #4. In the lower reaches of the Top 10, Kelly Rowland's UK single "Forever and a Day" debuts at #8, and X Factor 2009 winner Joe McElderry checks in at #10 with his debut single "Ambitions".

The Top 10 debuts pushed two Nicki Minaj entries, "Bottoms Up" (#12) with Trey Songz and "Check It Out" (#15) out, alongside Kanye's "Power" (#21) and Usher's "Hot Tottie" (#17). Moving up this week are Duaghtry's "September" (#6) and Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow's "Shame" (#18).
