Although the song may or may not be the first single from her upcoming album, it has made chart history.
On this week's BWU Hot 40, Whitney edged out Rihanna to become the first artist in the history of the chart to debut at #1 with "Like I Never Left". The song topped the interest chart, but came in second on the Song Play chart, which Rihanna topped. The boost came from the release of the video for "Disturbia".
Other singles that debuted on the chart were Danity Kane's "Bad Girl", which outpeaked their biggest single "Damaged", Miley Cyrus' "Fly On The Wall", Ashanti's "Good Good" and Jason Mraz's "I'm Yours".
