Susan Boyle has successfully conquered the world, but results in her native UK are staggering.The 48 year-old Britain's Got Talent contestant sold 412,000 copies in her home country alone, more than enough to top Leona's record for the fastest-selling debut album ever. Leona sold 375,000 with her debut Spirit in 2007. Susan Boyle's debut, I Dreamed a Dream, now ranks in the top five fast-selling albums in UK chart history.
Susan also topped the album charts in Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. While official American sales figures won't be out until Wednesday, she is expected to sell around 675,000 copies, the biggest first week of the year.
